The Site Readiness for Good Jobs Fund is seeking a consulting partner for one of our priority real estate initiatives—the East Side Trail and Innovation Hub (ESTIH). We are looking for a consultant who will work closely with our team to develop a comprehensive market analysis that will shape the future of this transformative project.

In this role, you will:

• Collaborate on Strategy: Partner with us to set clear objectives and design a research framework tailored to the unique needs of the ESTIH project.
• Conduct In-Depth Analysis: Evaluate various end-use scenarios for parcels within ESTIH by assessing their respective benefits and challenges.
• Develop a Robust Implementation Plan: Translate your insights into a detailed strategy that supports the drafting of developer RFPs and the effective application of our recommended approach across the project sites.
